Classes Offered

All classes are offered as private classes except 60-min Sound Therapy which will be offered as regular drop-in class in Kwun Tong (please stay tuned for details)

60-min Hatha Yoga

Emphasising on controlled breathing and posture, Hatha Yoga classes help build core strength as well as everyday good posture. During class, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

90-min Singing Bowl Yoga

Practise slowing down and opening the body through a series of active and passive stretching and controlled breath. Give your body a chance to calm the nervous system and find a sense of peace. As you relax in a still posture, healing sound and vibration of the singing bowl which will entrain your brain waves into a deep meditative and relaxed state.

60-min Group Sound Therapy

Singing Bowl Therapy is a form of sound and vibrational healing using hand-hammered Tibetan singing bowls. The vibrations are similar to those of the brain’s alpha waves which oscillate with an energetically high frequency. The sound of the singing bowls has an effect on brain-wave frequencies and can help bring the brain into a Theta state, just like in deep relaxation, meditation or hypnosis.

 

Singing bowl therapy can help you by:

* promoting stillness

* encouraging deep relaxation and meditation

* balancing chakras

* increasing mental and emotional clarity

* stimulating the immune system

1-on-1 Sound Therapy

During a private session, singing bowls are placed on and around the body to treat specific needs and blockages. You’ll feel the vibrations penetrate through layers within the mind and body for a deep and transformative experience. A small portion of the therapy will be spent for consult/intro/stretching after which the majority of the time will be spent for treatment on specific parts of the body as needed. Just relax and enjoy the rest well-deserved.

3. Any confirmed classes are not changeable

4. Any purchased classes/packages are not transferable

6. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class to get your body and mind ready
